Giving and stewardship are important disciplines in the life of a believer. There are many ways in which we can give—through serving and giving of our time, talents and finances. This section of our site is about financial giving and explains the opportunity for you to contribute online.

Consistently giving to God's kingdom is a bold step of faith and we know that many of you have questions regarding what the Bible says about money and giving. We encourage you to read our Giving Questions section, open up your Bible and study the verses referenced. We have also made available to you some of Chadwick's messages that teach on money management and giving, using biblical principals.

Giving Options

SUNDAY GIVING
At each of our Sunday services there is an opportunity for people to give. For your convenience, offering envelopes are available for your tithes and offerings. Simply place cash in one of these envelopes, write your name and full address on it and put it in the offering plate during any weekend service. If you place cash or change in the offering plate it is considered an anonymous gift. If you are giving via check there is no need to use a giving envelope, but you are still welcome to. Please ensure that the information on your check is correct so that we can record your contribution to your giving account.

ONLINE GIVING
At Eastpointe you also have the option to give online using a debit/credit card or your checking account. You may give a one-time gift or set up a recurring contribution from your card or account. You may choose to have the contribution withdrawn from your account weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. Simply log into Eastpointe Connect to set up your recurring gifts. You may manage your giving through this online system at anytime.

Eastpointe recommends that you use debit cards or your checking account. We do not encourage you to use your credit card to give a financial gift unless you plan to pay off the amount in full when the payment is due. See Proverbs 22:7 for a biblical understanding of debt.

BENEFITS OF ONLINE GIVING
The Bible indicates giving is to be a "first" and not a last or leftover matter in life. Read Proverbs 3:9-10. It is easy to let our priorities shift because of expenses and billing cycles. Remember, God is faithful and will supply all of your needs—just as He promised.

Online giving can be a tool that allows you to stay on your budget. Our giving system gives you the flexibility to set up a one-time payment or an automatic recurring payment on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly schedule.

Our online giving system allows you the ability to make a contribution anytime, anywhere—24/7. It also makes it very easy to pay for events and activities which require a fee. If you log into Eastpointe Connect, you will also have access to view your giving history. There is no need to wait for a contribution statement in the mail (Eastpointe will still mail you a year-end statement for tax purposes).
